One of my regulars has heard of a scenario that awards a Revolver on the Chronicle sheet, and has asked my if I can run the Scenario for his birthday. However, he doesn't know which scenario it is, and neither do I; as I don't have the time(or money) to check every scenario after season 1 I was hoping someone else would be willing to enlighten me.

As has been stated upthread, the Pathfinder Society Organized Play campaign is one in which we hope that players are not reading ahead (either adventures or Chronicle sheets) in order to cherry-pick adventures based on a checklist of monsters they'd like to encounter or equipment they'd like to receive. As such, we consider discussion of such spoilers to be against the spirit of the game.

This situation is slightly different, since it was a GM asking whether there was any other source for something, other than the one they already knew about, rather than a player asking for a list of scenarios that they should aim to play...?
That said, your opinion is certainly acknowledged :-)

That's not my opinion.
That's a quote from Mark Moreland who is the Franchise Manager for Paizo and was, at the time he wrote that, the Organized Play Coordinator.
Several other coordinators have said the same thing (don't chronicle fish) over the years but Mark's is the most explicit, which is why I always quote it. In PFS there's no difference between a player saying "what should I play to get X?" and a GM saying "what should I run so one of my players can get X?"
