Infernal summoning


Hell's Rebels


So obviously in the AP devils are common foes. And many have the ability to summon allies (obviously at the cost of a standard action)

How many people fully play up to this ability? It seems like it has scope to be very nasty.

I am only aware of two villains in the first three books who utilise their summons as per the tactics. I just wanted to know how common place this is as an approach

I figure it would be a preparation tactic if the enemy is aware of the group in most cases...


I think it's not a bad idea to even out action economy. And, after a while, there's a lot of NPCs that your party can start dragging to encounters.


It is crazy that none of my group seems to have considered Leadership in one of the few campaigns it works well

About hit 7 and no one has factored it in

Probably a good thing really as there is already an extra party member
