Hey guys, this is my second time playing Starfinder, so Im bad with rules but I love the lore of the setting!Im planning on doing this "good guy Hellknight" Solarion;his family is part of a Doyenate responsable for protecting the Adata of the Sholar Adat(much like samurai of old, altough many members of his family are also Adata themselves); and part of their influence comes from the fact that their specific "wing" of the Sholar Adat has a "family secret": their Solarian and Adata receive special training from an exiled Eoxian Solarian;his necromantic knowledge helps them learn how to preserve brain tissue better while his actual Solarian skills are used to train the Adata defenders, hence the familiarity with some of the Hellknight precepts.Because of that,my character's Solar Manifestarion is a Scythe (using the normal rules of Solar Weapon of course!)
Now that we have the background out of the way, I would like help to build this guy on 1st level, and,if possible, advice if I should get the Hellknight class changes for Solarion or if I should keep Solarion mechanics intact and go Hellknight only as a Background/Fluff thing.
Thanks!

Generally I would recommend not taking archetypes with the Solarion(as it costs you your revelations, which are, lets face it, probably the reason you took the class to begin with.)
That being said, what kind of build are you looking to make? because the Star Knight archetype actually dose give you several of the things that you would want for a melee Solarion build (Heavy armor, and a mobility option).
However, none of those things apply at first level; so you first level build wont change much. If you haven't picked a race you, something with a bonus to either str or cha would be good. you want to shoot for a 16 in Str and cha. If you don't take the archetype, your first level feat should be heavy armor proficiency, if you do then maybe toughness.
Or you could forget the archetype and take 1 level of blitz soldier, get an 18 Str and call it good.(not my preference, but to each their own)
I should note, that if you take the star Knight archetype, you wont get any solar revelations until 8, and no more after that until 14.

So choosing an Archetype DOES forbid you to get a "normal" option for an Ability? I was hoping it would just add more options to choose on said level :(
Yeah, an archetype forces you to take all the archetype options at the given levels and forgo the replaced features. You can't pick and choose some archetype abilities.

I should note, that if you take the star Knight archetype, you wont get any solar revelations until 8, and no more after that until 14.
That's not entirely accurate. You do still get Black Hole and Supernova at 1st level along with the passive bonuses for attunement.
You will miss out on the revelations at 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 12th level, so the first revelation that you get to choose will be at 8th.
But Star Knight doesn't have a 9th level replacement, so you do get the Zenith Revelation at 9th level and the Stellar Revelation at 10th as normal.

I would say take the archetype and see how it goes.
The unaltered solarian is probably 'stronger' but whatever. it's your character. our solarian currently doesn't use any of their powers aside from the first two (and maybe a stellar rush here and there) so it's not mission critical.
you still get your mote, you still get your weapon, you still get your BAB progression. you still get your sidereal influence and your flashing strikes.
that's the core of the solarian, really, so go for it.

Depends a bit on how closely you want to stick to ‘canon’ lore. If you want to stick to lore it is a little wonky. The Sholar Adat was in place long before the Kasatha made contact with the pact worlds or Eox. That being said, they certainly could have since made a deal with an Eoxian to exchange necromatic preservation techniques for . . . whatever.
Also, neither Eox nor the Kasatha have much to do with the hellknights, who usually enforce one aspect of law and order upon the universe. I mean, a Kasatha CAN be a hellknight, but generally not the adata.
That said, I guess you could have been trained by an Eoxian hellknight who has abandoned his/her post in favor of working with this Kasatha family. He wouldn’t have to be a Solarian. You could have received Solarian training from your family and your hellknight training from this Eoxian. That nets you a ‘hellknight’ (in training, not in name, as you wouldn’t have been inducted into any hellknight order) Solarian adata.
I would suggest going for 13 wisdom and at level 5 up wisdom so you can pick up connection inkling, representing your mystic necromatic training. Also make sure to pick up mysticism as a skill.
