Adventure Paths PDF Interactive Maps

I thought the downloads for the APs included a file with interactive maps. I just downloaded Council of Thieves, both the single file and one file per chapter downloads, and neither contained a interactive map file. Did this AP get skipped for some reason? Thanks.

Interactive Maps were not integrated into the Pathfinder Adventure Path line until 2011, starting with the Jade Regent Adventure Path. A handful of APs prior to Jade Regent have been updated with these maps, but at an "as it can be fit into the schedule" pace.
