It is normal for an order at this point in the process to be pending. After an order has been submitted, which it appears it was on November 22nd, there is a 1-7 business day window in which the order will ship out. Due to the holiday and weekend, Monday through today will be 3 business days. The order will be pending in this time until it is shipped out, at which point its status will be complete, your payment method will be charged, and your order is on its way to you.
