This appears to be an interesting display error, as purchasing Starfinder materials as early as 2013 would have been quite a feat! That is one powerful time machine
I do see the Thieve's Guild map as being previously purchased in order 2840640, which is the order that it also things that the Starfinder materials were purchased in. It is possibly taking the "already purchased" information from the one item and applying it to the other items.
There should be no harm in ordering these items despite this time traveler's warning. Please let us know if it causes you any difficulty.
