Hi, I have not received one of the packages for the order, the one containing the Pathfinder Combat Pad and the Starfinder Pact Worlds book.
I do not recall been alerted to the fact that the package was returned. If that is so, I would like to know what I have to do to receive the products. I am not really interested in store credit, but the products itself.

it appears that we do have a recently recorded return for the Pact Worlds book, so it seems that that package may have bounced back to us. I'm sorry that there was a lack of communication when this occurred.
