It doesn't say you can't, and you're not the first to ask (and the usual answer is: "You shouldn't be able to but by the rules as written you can.").
My advice is to ask the GM, coz really it's their call.
If you're the GM: Ask the player exactly what they're planning to do. It's not likely to break the game, but if they're the kind of person who'll try to sneak something past you to get an unfair advantage you can ansolutely say no.
Most of the bonuses from Evangelist aren't all that strong. Even Aligned Class is delaying their abilities one level compared to just continuing their other class. The capstone ability IS strong, but comes online at character level 15 (at the earliest) and isn't likely to break anything at that point. Really it's likely to depend on what god they choose for the boons.
