Organized Play Venture Officer Scenarios, October 2018 Edition

Hello! It is very close to the end of October and the beginning of the official availability window for the October organized play scenarios (SFS 01-24, SFS 01-25, PFS 10-06, and PFS 10-07). Generally, these have already been made available for download to Venture Officers by now, but I don't have them available. Would you mind checking on the scenario granting script?
