Hello there. I just got off the phone with my local post office and it appears that my box went missing. The pallet that it was a part of was scanned into the post office. Others in that shipment have received multiple further scans. Mine hasn't. So, it appears that my shipment got lost somewhere.
If you need further info from me, please let me know.

Hello Mogloth,
Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm sorry to hear that your shipment may have gone astray, but it does happen from time to time.
Since it doesn't sound like your post office has seen it either, I'll go ahead and set up a replacement to be sent out to you. Once our warehouse has processed the order for shipment, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know. If the original does show up in the meantime, just let us know.
Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have, and I'll be happy to assist you.
Thanks, and have a great weekend!

Hello Mogloth,
If the original package shows up, we would encourage you to write "return to sender' on either the original or the replacement, whichever shows up second and give it back to the post office (be mindful that this will only work if you do not open the package!). This will send the duplicate package back to us so that we can get those products back in our inventory. Thank you for your concern and attention on this!
