Campaign not showing up

Hello,

I was accidentally set to inactive in a campaign, but the GM has since added me back, I can confirm this both on the active characters and players pages (this is the character in that campaign).

However the campaign does not show up on my active campaigns list. When it was set to inactive, I accidentally clicked "Hide" as I was on my phone, and I see no way to reverse that if that's what is causing the problem.

I'd like to somehow be able to see the campaign on my campaigns page to track activity.

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've done some poking around, and I'm unsure exactly what is causing the issue. I do see you attached to the campaign on our end, so you should be able to view it. I'm going to go ahead and move this thread over to our Website Feedback forum, since it seems like this may be a thing that we may need tech team assistance with.

I suspect this is an unusual data state where you can't see the campaign because it's hidden, but it's also not an "inactive" campaign so the hide/unhide options aren't there. You may want to try having yourself set to inactive, unhiding the campaign, and then having yourself added back. I'll also investigate a more long-term fix so that the campaign hiding options don't disappear when you become active in the campaign again.

Thanks for the help, however it doesn't seem to have worked.

I've had the GM mark both my players and characters inactive, but the Hide/Show option still does not appear.

Have you tried going to the Gameplay forum, clicking SHOW ∅ left of the search box to reveal hidden threads, then finding your gameplay thread in the list and clicking the ∅ again to unhide it?

The (hide) option on the Campaigns tab is a different matter than the ∅ in the subforum thread list, and neither interacts with the GM's active/inactive toggle.

Thanks for the tip. Still no luck though.

On the gameplay forum the campaign doesn't show as hidden. The ∅ says "hide this thread" and I tested clicking it with a campaign I'm not in to make sure I knew what I was doing (still a newb here).

The only reason I'm linking it to the active/inactive toggle is because I initially accidentally hid the thread when I was first set to inactive, which seemed to cause all of this in the first place.

If I view my campaign profile page in incognito mode or while logged out I can see the campaign (now listed as a Previous Campaign, but I tried that when I was active in it too), but when I am logged in it is hidden and I can't find a way to unhide it.
