I've recently noticed that I have not had any of my subscriptions placed/ordered since my gencon subscription pick up. I'm rather miffed and hope you guys can help me out. I also have my last comic subscription stuck in the sidecart due to this (as it wasn't in stock at gencon at the time. Thanks for any and all help

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We have been noticing that some people experienced this issue after GenCon, but it is difficult for us to track down affected accounts.
I have generated the order containing all of your missing items. This is order number 7530242 which you should soon receive a confirmation email for. I will ensure that your sidecart gets properly reset to automatically generate your subscriptions for the next subscription run, and keep an eye on it at that time to ensure that you do not run into continued difficulties.
Also, please let me know if there are any items not on that confirmation email that you are still missing.
