Wands and arcane enlightenment shaman

Rules Questions

I'm trying to find a yes or no answer for this question.
If a shaman gains an arcane spell such as shield with arcane enlightenment using the spirit talker feat, can he then use a shield wand to cast the spell without USD?
Also if one shield spell is kept on the prepared spells can he then change the arcane spells and still cast the spell from the wand?
I know similar questions keep coming up but I can't find a simple solution.
Thanks

1.)Yes they will be able to use the wand without a UMD check as it is on their spell list for the next hour. A caster can use a wand of any spell they *know* without having to roll a UMD check; it's the reason why most wizards don't need to roll to activate most wands.

2.)Not sure what you mean; but if Shield comes off of your list of available spells you need to start rolling UMD again, whether it be from replacing it or from the effect of <Spirit Talker> wearing off (as it has a duration of 1 hour.)
