Some items were not in the reporting system last time we completed a repair/reporting session. We will be doing another session soon and will announce that all reporting is complete once we are confident that every reporting sheet we are aware of has been entered. That should occur in the near future, but I’m not prepared to set a deadline as there are issues beyond our control that affect the effort. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks Bob. If it helps, I did take a picture of the reporting sheet for the missing table and can send that to you or whomever is handling the reporting.
If you already sent an email with the pic attached we will have it in our pending folder. If not, please do so. Thanks
After reviewing the situation last night I believe all GC ‘18 reporting will be complete by the end of the month except maybe for the Playtest demo tables

Good news! The reporting options for Playtest Demos has been added to the database. Between that and the last of the pending items in our list, we intend to have all reporting errors or pending reporting from Gen Con 2018 done this weekend. I will post an update when we are completed. Thanks for your patience!
If you had Playtest Demos running at your events in recent months, you can now report those and close out your events. I know of at least four conventions where Playtest Demos were offered. If you were a Demo GM your might want to give your organizer a head's up in case they miss this announcement.

Is this reporting still in progress?

I ran seven sessions of Raiders at GenCon and they haven't shown up. I'm not sure what I need to do to report them. I didn't keep any of the numbers of the players. I did provide them my # on their slips. I thought the GMs didn't report Playtest scenarios at Gen Con.
I'm really not terribly too concerned about it. It's more about bragging rights than anything else. I fully expect to be running PFS2.0 sessions a lot once they come out.

Well, this was 6 weeks ago, and to be honest I'm getting a little frustrated about this. I'm still missing two tables (one of them 10-00), and it was noted that we shouldn't send more e-mails until all reporting is confirmed as finished.
Can we get an update on this, and maybe this time a realistic expectation of when "reporting errors and pending reporting from Gen Con 2018" will be completed? Taking 5 months to fully report a convention doesn't make me feel comfortable about how everything is organized.

Actually the VCs have the same access as the organizing committee. I was referring specifically to the reporting sheets which we do not have. Therefore it is unnecessary to direct reporting errors to the committee rather than local VC/RVC. If you go to your MY ORGANIZED PLAY and then to ADMIN, you can enter the player’s ID and view their session’s log. If an event is missing, you can enter the EVENT CODE again on the ADMIN page and report the missing info. It is no longer required that you be listed as an authorized reporter.
OTOH, the organizing committee (genconleads email) does still have physical access to the reporting sheets from Gen Con ‘18 and can check them for errors from that event only.
