My October subscriptions don't seem to have been spawned. This is the fourth month in a row there has been a problem of this nature. I'm trying to be patient but having to manually make these requests every month is getting tiresome.
In July there was some issue with my Gen Con pickup, and since then I've never had a subscription order spawn correctly.

I certainly don't want you to have to put in this extra effort for a subscription system that's supposed to be automatic. We will get this fixed for you.
We recently discovered that there were a handful of individuals who had their sidecarts left in an odd state since Gen Con. We recently adjusted these issues and hopefully this is also fixed for your account now as well.
I'm going to generate the October items for you and send you a confirmation email. I will take a note to look at your account preemptively during the next subscription auth. If it does not generate your items automatically, I will do so manually and then get our tech team to take a look at the issue.
