Gods-Chosen - Advice?

Homebrew and House Rules

I have a single True God running the world. It can only affect the world with broad, sweeping changes, but it can lend it's deific power to up to 100 (each at 10th mythic tier) individuals to enact changes on a local level while it maintains the world.

These individuals will be mythic NPCs built as PCs. I want to give them Divine Source as a bonus path ability at every even tier (granting 6 domains and 8 subdomains at 10th tier). I also want to grant the following as bonus abilities, but I'm not sure at what tier:

•A single spell up to 7th level as an at-will spell-like ability (with some caveat)
•A single specific animal form (starts as normal animal size, but can choose to grow up to 4 sizes larger as they progress in tier)
•The ability to apply and remove an illusionary disguise at-will (the disguise must exemplify the themes they represent; ie a God-chosen of war may disguise themselves as a soldier, but not a baker)
•A single specific dragon form (as Form of the Dragon or its alternatives, save that they can use their breath weapon any number of times, but must wait 1d4 rounds between uses; scales up to FotD 3 as they progress in tier)

Any suggestions for what tiers these abilities come active?

I'm going to assume each tier kicks in at odd levels, starting at 1st.

1) 7th Tier. That should be about the time they'd be at a level to cast said spell, and nothing should give you early access to higher-level spells.

2) 3rd Tier. It's the closest (rounding up) to the Druid's Wild Shape ability, which is the closest match for animal transformations. Size increases at 4th, 6th, 7th, and 9th.

3) 2nd Tier. It's a weaker version of the 3rd Tier Archmage power "Many Forms", so it should have a lower tier requirement.

4) 6th Tier, to match when Form of the Dragon is normally available (see #1).

I forgot that I wanted to give them a demiplane in the Astral Plane, which they can reshape and populate at-will, but must be thematically appropriate and feature some kind of lodging. I don't know how big it should be, but I want to give it at 6th tier and large enough to accommodate 100 people luxuriously.

Any advice?

8th Tier. That's when they'd normally have access to Create Demiplane. Otherwise, give it the effects of Mythic Mage's Magnificent Mansion.

Quote:
Extend the duration to one day per level, and the mansion creates sufficient food and drink to supply 20 creatures per caster level for as long as they remain within the mythic mage’s magnificent mansion.

What if I have it be like the Archmage's Sanctum path ability, save that it functions as mythic mage's magnificent mansion and they may also alter the fundamental properties of the mansion at-will as though they were casting create greater demiplane (they cannot add to the mansion through this method, however)?

The specifics are GM fiat. XD Give it the powers you want them to have, especially those relevant to the story in ways the PCs will interact with.

I wrote it up here with some tweaks. I'm not sure what to do for Gargantuan and Colossal animals or what to add to Tenants. Any suggestions?

You guys can view the link, right?

Is the link broken?

The link's fine. I think you're getting well into "GM fiat" territory, though, which basically just means "Do whatever works for the story and don't sweat the little details". ^^

I kinda want to add some sort of a Legendary Item chain for a sacred weapon, as well as some bonus "immunity to stuff from non-mythic sources" abilities, since Gods-Chosen are meant to be mortals who are transitioning to a temporary yet indefinite divine state of being. What are good tiers to add them at, considering their title progression?

EDIT: I'm going to have Gods-Chosen progress completely independent of character level.

My general rule of thumb is "match it as closely as possible to when a character could normally get such an effect". A lot of the "immune to blah blah blah from non-mythic entities" comes online early, and it's fine to front-load those - that makes a sharper distinction between the Gods-Chosen and everyone else.

I think that this will be the final version of Gods-Chosen.

Any thoughts?
