Starfinder Core Rulebook Binding

Hi, I was reading through my Starfinder Core Rulebook today when I noticed that the binding seems to be coming undone. While no pages have come completely loose, they have become unattached to the fabric binding, and seem to be held in primarily by the overlapping map material in the front and back of the book. I find this to be fairly disappointing, as I have only had the book for a few months and most of that time it has been on my book shelf, no hard wear and tear has been done to it yet. Is there any solution for this issue?

This is the first I have heard of this binding issue. I'm just making a post to follow this issue and see if others have it as well.

There was a problem with first printing Starfinder Core Rulebook Bindings.

If you bought the book from Paizo, send them a picture or two to [e-mail] so they can take care of you.
Maybe even specify if you have a first or second printing, there should be a text in the smallprint on one of the early pages in the book.

If the book was bought somewhere else, they should be able to replace it.

If you are noticing that your Starfinder Core Rulebook binding is exhibiting the known binding issue we will ask you to send pictures of the defect of the book sent to [e-mail]. If the book was purchased from Paizo.com, it will be helpful to also include the Order number from the purchase of the book.

If the book was purchased from another retailer, we encourage you to attempt to process the return or replacement through that retailer. We understand that many of these books were purchased quite a long time ago, and we will be happy to assist if the retailer does not honor the replacement.

In either case, ensure that your Paizo account has a valid shipping address on the account that we can send the replacement to!
