I've been advised to make this a separate post, so here it is. Order 7464744 has been sitting at "pending" for 11 days/9 business days now. Hoping for some sort of update for where it is at.

It appears that the system did not set up the shipping information correctly, and this is what was holding the order up. I have ensured that everything looks normal with the order now and we can ship it promptly.

However, as we are close to the generation of the October orders, I wanted to offer you the option of moving this volume into your sidecart to ship with your next subscription item. This will allow a discount on the combined shipping. Please let me know which option you prefer. Thank you!

Well, I'd been hoping to be able to start reading it last week, but I guess I'll wait for the october shipment now. This is kinda disappointing, especially after the significant delays in august.
