I have paid my subscription but cannot download the two modules. This is an almost every month occurrence. Please explain to me why and how to fix.

Hello Emanuel,

Each month we generate the orders for the digital subscriptions and authorize payment methods. Many banks show this authorization as a hold on the funds for the order.

We finalize these orders, turn the authorizations into charges, and grant the digital product a day or two later. This is to allow time for any changes that need to be made to the subscription to occur before the orders are finalized.

It is entirely normal to see the authorization for a day or two before receiving the product, but I apologize for the confusion this may cause. We have recently just run the granting process for the digital subscriptions and you should now see them on your account! If you do not at this time, please let us know and we will fix this for you. Thank you!
