Hi Sara

I'm in the reverse position than most, it appears. I am a PF Battles subscriber but have not received any email.

Occasionally my Paizo emails arrive a couple of days later than they're sent, so it could be that. Nonetheless, I thought I'd mention it just in case the glitch is weirder than you thought.
