Pending Monthly Subscription Item

I have the monthly subscription for the Pathfinder Adventure Paths. The first book of the Return of the Runelords series is still marked as pending, back from 8/17/2018. I was never charged for it, it has never entered my digital content section nor have I received a physical copy. It's now 9/20/2018 and the second book has been successfully processed but the previous order/book is still stuck in pending. I don't know if it needs to be removed and re-processed or if there is some other issue that is preventing it from moving from pending to complete. The order number is 5393448. Let me know if I need to do something on my side.
