Disney Streaming service announces MCU limited series

Sounds like multiple 6-8 episode limited series. They've announced one for Loki and one for Scarlet Witch. No characters who've headlined their own movie, but others who have been supporting characters in other movies.

Seems like a reasonable idea. They have quite a few characters in that bracket (Falcon, Winter Soldier, Shuri, Lady Sif, maybe Valkyrie) so they could do quite a lot with it.

The 6-8 episode thing sounds like they've learned from the mistakes that Netflix have made.

I'm guessing the 6-8 episode part is more to do with the fact that they can't get movie stars to commit to longer for a TV project.
