Hi Team,

I Seem to be missing the September order 5386906

I can see more store credit has been used but the orders not in my history and i seem to be missing the orders after that.

I did have some credit card issues that are resolved as the August order was sent to me late

it appears I am scheduled to receive 3/3 Against the Aeon Throne but not 1 and 2

Have I upset the Genies

I took a look at your order and it appears that it entered an odd state in which the order was "unsubmitted" I submitted the order, checked the details, and sent you a confirmation email. Please review this confirmation email and let me know if anything needs to be adjusted. Thank you!
