Missing Subscription Shippments

Good afternoon,

I am still not showing any pending shipments for my September subscriptions. Going back and looking at my order history I never received a subscription order for August either.

The last order I have in my history is Order 5349675 which consisted of part of the July subscription, Play test pre-order and some other books that I picked up directly at GenCon.

My side cart still shows the missing portion of the July subscription Pathfinder—Spiral of Bones #4.

The most recent package received from Paizo were the miniatures from the Humble Bundle Worldscape bundle Order 5102299.

Hello Jonathan,

It appears that your subscription began to encounter issues after you picked up some subscription items at GenCon. It took me a bit to sort out (as evidenced by the pair of confirmation emails you will receive, the first of which being entirely incorrect), but I believe that I have sorted out everything you already received, need a replacement for, and which items you do not already have.

The more recent of the two confirmation emails should contain a fix for all of the items that have not been generating for your subscription. These adjustments will hopefully allow your subscription to behave as normal going forward. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Thank you!
