Hello John,
It appears that the items in that order were moved into your sidecart. Was this your intention? If they were intentionally moved to your sidecart to ship with future subscription items, then we will need to wait for the next subscription order generation to apply the store credit to the order (You can also do this by ensuring that the use store credit for subscriptions option is turned on on your account).
If you did not intend for this order to go to the sidecart, I can move it into an active order and apply the store credit for you.
Please let me know how you'd like to proceed!

Hello John,
You should be good to go then. I just took a look at your account and it appears that you are already set for your subscriptions to use your store credit. This option can be toggled on your "My subscriptions" page. At the bottom you will see the text, "Subscription orders will use your store credit if available." with a button to turn this option off.
As you already have this option turned on, your next generated subscription order will apply the store credit on your account. When the order generates at the end of this month, please let us know if you see anything that needs adjusted. Thank you!
