Hi,

I've started a subscription for the pathfinder battle figures and ordered a case for the upcoming october set, I would like to get the case incentive premium(which is the reason why I'm ordering a case subcription), but I don't know if the order include it or not.

Since I can only see that I've ordered the case. Is there a way for me to check if I ordered a promo with the subscription? Could you modify the subscription to always include the promo for me?(I know it might raise the price and I'm prepared for it)

I ensured that the settings for your subscription are set to generate the case incentive automatically when the order is generated. We will generate the subscription orders for October at the end of September. While you cannot see the case incentive in your sidecart currently, when it is generated into an active order, the case incentive will be added to the order automatically.

When we generate the October subscription items into orders you will receive a confirmation email. Ensure that the case incentive is on that confirmation email, and if it is not, let us know and we will help add it to the order.
