Why was my latest subscription order 5324514 shipped with "Mail Innovations International"? (Same for my Playtest replacement order 7445800.)
I have my shipping preferences set to UPS shipping in my account. This new shipping method doesn't look much cheaper, cannot be tracked, looks like it would take a lot longer ("9 to 36 days" versus the 6–7 days the UPS orders usually take), and will most likely force me to drive out to the customs office to retrieve it (during work hours, no less), while UPS normally does all the customs work and delivers to my door. This is really annoying (especially the last point), and a bit disappointing.
Please make sure that my pending order 7453856 is really shipped via UPS. While the pending order says UPS, I think that was the case for order 5324514, too, originally, but then it was sent via Mail Innovations International.

Hello Zaister,
Mail Innovations International is a new shipping option we have recently made unique in our system. You are correct in that it does not offer tracking, but it generally is quite a bit cheaper than UPS International. For your order, it appears that Mail Innovations International is about $40 cheaper.
We have been noticing that this new shipping method has been interfering with UPS international orders in that our system seems to like to use it when UPS international is selected. Of course, we do not want this as orders should still be able to ship UPS international when it is desired.
I have ensured that your new order is shipping via UPS international, and I have sent you a new confirmation email which will show the increased shipping price. We are currently working on preventing the system from sending things Mail Innovations when it should be UPS.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and your order for this month should go by the correct method now. Keep an eye out for this in the future, and we will be happy to make the adjustment manually until the automatic process is fixed.
