I haven't gotten a notification that my September subscription order has been created, and it does not show up on my order history. Also, I've never gotten a notification that my August subscription was shipped, although the pdfs are available which usually happens at nearly the same time. That order is listed as "Complete," but with all the errors, I have no idea if it's on its way.
This is three months in a row now that there's been some sort of problem with my subscriptions.
Edit: My August shipment arrived today so that's not actually an issue.

Thank you for letting us know that your subscriptions didn't generate as expected. I'm glad to hear, however, that the August items arrived.
I have generated all of the September items for you and you should soon receive an email confirmation for this order. Please let me know if anything needs to be changed about the order.
I will take a look into why these items didn't generate on their own, and hopefully prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for your patience!

Thank you for pointing that out! You're correct. It disconnected itself from the subscription. I have reminded it where it belongs and refreshed the promotions on the order so that Paizo Advantage is applied correctly.
I'll send you a new confirmation email. Let me know if anything else looks odd. I've been catching and fixing some other odd behavior as I've been going through, so if you notice something I didn't, don't hesitate to let me know.
