According to my order history, Order 4781309 is complete, but I have not seen any notices, shipping or otherwise, concerning it. I wanted to inquire if it has indeed been shipped, or if not, when I might reasonable expect it to be.

The tracking information we have for the order indicates that the order was shipped on August 30th and was delivered on August 7th.
If you have not seen the package yet, be sure to check with neighbors or a front office if you live in such a complex that has one. If it is still lost, we will look at setting up a replacement. Thank you!
