Just checking in on this particular order. The initial email was generated on 8/17, but I still haven't seen a shipping email for it.

Finally got a shipping notification about this but one of the subscription items isn't added to my digital assets. I sent an email in reply to the shipping notification. Thanks for looking into this for me.

Hello Zhern,

We are still shipping out the subscriptions for the months and expect to be done by September 7. As you mentioned, it looks like yours shipped earlier today.

You didn't see the PDF of Starfinder Adventure Path 7 because that was ordered separately from the subscription. You started the subscription with volume 8. Since it wasn't generated by the subscription no PDF was granted when it shipped. I have tagged it with your subscription and you should be able to see the PDF now. Please let us know if you still cannot.
