My email was apparently shunting Paizo mail into spam for some reason. Theoretically this has been fixed, but this means I appear to have missed at least one shipment already and I'm in danger of missing another. I appear to have missed order # 5111280 and now order # 5295002. Your emails indicate that my bank declined payment for both, but my bank adamantly insists that they haven't received any requests for payment from Paizo. Just to be sure, I re-entered my payment method in my account.

I really would like your assistance to get this straightened out and possibly recover my missing orders.


Working with customer service via email, we seem to have resolved the issue with oldest order.

Hello Blu4lyf,

Updating your payment method was the only thing you had to do. Both orders are on pick lists right now and should be on their way to you soon.
