A question came up recently in my home game. Though its not specifically called out. I would assume that you add the bulk of the grenade / missile launcher to the weapon its attached to to determine its final bulk?
The text mentions that the capacity is reduced implying that maybe the bulk of the launcher would be reduced as well but it never specifically addresses bulk in anyway.

I believe the relevant part you are looking for is defined below.
Adding Accessories
Weapon accessories must normally be added to a weapon to function. Most accessories can be added either by being attached to a weapon or by being integrated into the weapon, though some accessories must be added in a certain way, as indicated in the accessory’s description. In either case, add the bulk of the weapon accessory to the weapon’s bulk to determine the final accessorized weapon’s bulk. When adding multiple items of light bulk together, treat 2–10 light bulk items as 1 bulk when combined.
While the grenadier bracket is only an L bulk, the weapon you attach has a bulk that would be added to the overall bulk of the item. Up to 3 bulk.

This is the call I ultimately came down on. The player was arguing that seeing as the capacity was downgraded that the bulk of the launcher should be as well. Seeing as there is nothing specifically calling this out however I went with the accessories rule. It does make it hard for a non strength based solider to carry around more than one main gun but its probably for the best.

Our Soldier is not STR-based but has boatload of weapons, they just reside in glove of storing and Null-Space Chamber. Or if he has his Powered Armor on two of them are mounted on it. Powered Armor also gives a nice boost to his STR :)

Once your high enough level / flush enough to afford those things sure it becomes less of a problem. At lower lvls though bulk management is much more of a issue.
