So how exactly does the staring eye ability work ?
I don't know if I'm missing something,but this ability seems to lack a lot of important information like duration for the arcane eye effect and the gaze attacks through your eyeball familiar etc. Could someone please explain to me how exactly Im supposed to use this ability and how it works ?
