I tried to cancel your order but it looks like it already shipped out earlier today. I can no longer stop it.

Once it gets to you you can send back the item you did not want and we can issue a refund for it.

The one time I need to cancel an order, is the same day the guy in the shipping department decides to come in early?

It won’t go out for a few more hours, so call to the shipping department and have them pull it from the pile.

The warehouse team is usually in around 7am pacific time. The package had already left the building so I was unable to stop it.
