You had several orders for Society scenarios that had not fulfilled. It looks like you had a card attached to your subscriptions that you removed, When you added the new card you only added it to the subscription and not to the pending orders that had used the previous, declined card. So the orders didn't have a new card to charge. I have updated them all to the new card and submitted them. You should be able to see the PDFs on your downloads page now.

As I mentioned above, those orders are your subscription orders. You had not purchased them because the card on the orders had failed and they were never charged or granted to your account. I can return and refund them but the PDFs will be removed from your account.

Ah, I see. You purchased them separate from your subscriptions. If you do that in the future please let us know so the subscription orders don't remain pending and get submitted later. A refund has been submitted to your original payment method.

The card it went to has an expiration date of 2020. It's the original card, but with the updated expiration date.
