The email you received indicating shipped and complete is an automatic email that does have some misleading language. This email gets sent out when we have begun processing the order for shipment. For the case of the Playtest orders, this means that this was the point that we charged the orders and gathered the shipping information to provide to Amazon for them to ship the Playtest materials. This is why the order is marked as shipped and completed on our site. Usually we would be the ones to fulfill these, but we are currently counting on Amazon Fulfillment Services.
