Hello Todd_K,

Our warehouse is a bit busy right now. If the order was placed on the 20th, we have a standard of 1-7 business days before orders leave our warehouse. The 31st would be the 7th business day. Looks like we are just a day out side of that, as most of your orders were just put on picklists and sent to the warehouse today! You should get a shipping confirmation email for many of these orders soon.

However, there are two orders that are being held up due to not having the stock currently in our warehouse. Order 5315283 and order 5315379. The Dire Boar in order 5315379 should be in stock, but there appears to be a technical issue displaying this item as being out of stock. We are currently trying to corral all the dire boars and will get the order sent out as soon as this porcine problem is resolved.

The Small Fire Elementals from order 5315283 are unfortunately not recoverable. It appears that another order got them just before you did and they are not longer available. We can cancel these items from the order and get the rest of the order sent out promptly.

Please let me know if you find the Dire Boars.

The rest of the 5315283 can be shipped without the Fire Elementals as long as the removing them doesn't disqualify this order from the $10 off shipping (I shouldn't be penalized for that).

Hello Todd_K,

The Dire Boars have been wrangled. I was able to find 2 available small fire elementals, but this was not enough to ensure the shipping discount. In order to ensure you got the same shipping discount, I moved the Boars into the order which once contained more fire elementals in order to legitimately acquire the shipping discount for both orders. This should keep your shipping costs the same after the removal of a few fire elementals.

I have sent you confirmation emails for both orders. If they look good to you, I will get them down to the warehouse. Thank you!

I wanted to follow up on this. Everything was supposedly taken care of but one order still shows pending? Can we remedy?

Hello Todd_K,

I sent the orders down to the warehouse as soon as I got your "Okay" after 5pm on August 2nd. Since then, we have had diminished staff from GenCon to process orders the 2 business days they have had the order. I checked on them and it appears one has shipped as of right now, and I suspect they will assemble and ship the second shipment early tomorrow.
