So I've been making video props for my home game for sometime, we're currently playing through the Dead Suns adventure path and my group is soon to start book 2.
Part of that book has the players access a computer terminal to find some emails. I thought it'd be fun to see if I could build an actual system they could play with... and here it is. I will have this on my laptop, once the players access the computer I'll cast it to my TV and pass the laptop to the player doing the "hacking" so everyone can see what they're doing.
There are a few other video props on my channel, if they're of use to you or your game in anyway then please feel free to use them!
That computer looks awesome. I use a very similar setup (Chrome browser on my laptop with a chromecast to big screen), so I'd love the link if you ever feel like giving it out.
EDIT: I just realized I used your other video (the news cast on the docking bay fight) in my home game the other night. So it's double-kung fu that you do.

Just keep a few things in mind, this is not meant to be used on phones/tablets and probably won't work. If you have a laptop or a desktop using Chrome or Edge browsers you're golden. It does work in Internet Explorer but not as well... Anything else is a no go. Sorry Firefox.
Also, I intended to use this for my home game only. So I won't be really providing any tech support or help with it - if it works for you though and you want to use it, please feel free.
I tested on my machine in chrome and it worked just like the video. So I'm golden.
That's very cool. I've been playing around with Google Slides, building computers to hack. Yours is much better.
I have to say this is pretty amazing! Thank you so much for posting this. I will definitely be using this for my group. We are just about to start book two so this is perfect.
This is well timed for my group as well.
Also gives me some ideas for some things I could do in the future!
