Yes, it appears that the order is trying to ship in multiple packages when it is not supposed to, which leaves the other items in limbo.
I noticed that you also have a pending order 5133916 containing some items that also have not shipped yet. With your permission, I'd like to move all unshipped pending items into one order and get the remainder to ship in the best shipping method to save you on shipping costs.

It appears that our system may have had some data consistency issues that has created some ambiguity on whether some items in order 5133916 were already sent to you or not. I have moved any items our system currently thinks you did not receive into order 5330972, in addition to your remaining subscription items for this month.
