We are actually still able to change the address for this package to be shipped out to. If you are willing to add the correct address to your account, we can switch that over for you. I recommend you specifying which address you would like applied to the order. Giving us the address should happen over a more private communicative tool such as email.

Unfortunately our correspondence cut it a little too close to the cut-off for altering Playtest orders. By the time that I got your reply, we were forced to finalize all of our orders for shipping. At this time, we are unable to alter these orders any longer.
While this book may be sent to the wrong address now, if you can make any arrangements, such as a known forwarding address, this may help the package reach you. Unfortunately it is now out of our control to recover the package.
Otherwise, we will be able to help you receive your copies if they cannot reach you after GenCon, at which point we will be able to start setting up replacements. Please keep an eye out for information on this process, as we get closer to being able to replace lost books.
