Order number 4901308 has been pending for a couple of months now and continues to collect more subscription items.
Order number 5139313 has been pending for 9 days now and hasn't completed.
I have made two other orders recently that have gone through just fine, but these two seem stuck.
Please help.

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look, and I'm not sure what exactly it is that is holding your orders up. To make sure they don't stay stuck, I've combined them into order ##4901308, and I'm manually pushing them into our shipping queue. I'll let our warehouse know to get them sent out as soon as possible. You should get the normal confirmation email once the order has been processed for shipping.
We're currently planning on generating our next round of subscription items around the 9th of August, so just keep an eye out for that confirmation and let me know if the subscriptions still seem like they're acting funny. If they are, I'll have our tech team poke around and see if they can figure out what's going on. Otherwise, please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that I may assist you with in the meantime.
