Flash Freeze Stacking

Can you stack the effects of the Soldier's Flash Freeze Gear Boost, if you were to, say, use Soldier's Onslaught to hit a single creature three times with a cryo weapon?

Considering the wording ... Sure.
-10 ft for every hit, seems like.

Possibly more, depending on whether the stacking of the same gear boosts is indeed possible (not that it'd be worth it here).
