Do Alchemist's Tanglefoot Bombs deal damage in addition to the entangle condition?

Yes, the effect is in addition to the bomb's damage.

Yes. For example, a smoke bomb deals bomb damage and creates an area of smoke.

I see nothing in the Tanglefoot Bomb discovery that would indicate otherwise.
