There is less range for optimization in Starfinder, so there hasn't been a particular need for these kinds of calculations.
One good benchmark is the NPC creation rules in Alien Archive. You can judge your combat-focused PC against a generic combatant-type NPC with CR equal to your level with these rules. As a rule of thumb, you want good enough to-hit that you have a 65% or better chance to land an attack against the KAC of an NPC with CR equal to your level (this is straightforward for both full BAB classes). And you want your own EAC/KAC to be high enough that combatant NPCs of CR equal to your level have a 65% or less chance to land an attack against your KAC (Vesk soldiers can get this down to 50%-55%, as can buying armor upgrades early).
