Hey Support!

Just noticed that my subscription to SFS skipped 1-16 and 1-17? Was wondering if there was a reason for this? Or if there is a way for me to get my hands on them?

I'm not sure what prevented these items from being generated for you. I have ensured that these subscription items have been generated for you and you should now find them in your digital assets. If this is not the case, please let me know. Thank you!

No problem. Sometimes these situations need more of a roundhouse kick than a nudge. I've made another adjustment and double checked that you should be able to see these scenarios in your downloads.

Please let me know if this is not the case and I'll implement my flurry of blows. Thank you!
