The order shipped out on June 7 and had up to 11 business days in transit to you. It should have arrived by now so it sounds like it may be lost in the post. I have set up a replacement but we need to get one of the miniatures from reaper, so it may be a little while before it ships out. You will be receiving an email confirmation. Please look it over and let me know if any changes need to be made. In the meantime you may want to check with your local post/customs office to see if they may have it for you.
