Pathfinder AP #131 Missing pages

Just received my AP 131, The Reaper's Right Hand, it is missing the first 16 pages. It begins on page 17. There doesn't appear to be any damage to the book, it is bound and glued perfectly, it just looks like the pages were left out of the binding.
