I had placed a preorder for 3 copies of the Pathfinder 2e rulebook and 1 copy each of the playtest adventure and flip mat pack. Having never seen a charge come through to my bank account I checked in here and show no such order in my order history. I can't make it to GenCon and I really don't want to miss out on this. I'm very upset to see that my order has seemingly vanished.

It appears that the preorder containing these items was never submitted, which is why you cannot see it in your order history. I can see it from my end as an unsubmitted order. It does appear that a possibly invalid payment method is attached to the order. Unfortunately, I cannot see any attempts to submit the order and therefore cannot determine if there was anything preventing the order from being submitted. Did you ever receive a confirmation email for the order? If not, it would appear that the order was never completed.
At this time, we have already sent the pre-order count to the printer for the only print run of the book, so submitting this order at this point will not promise you copies of the requested content, as the cut-off was May 1st.
I am extremely disappointed to see that there is not much I can do at this point to promise you copies of the Playtest materials. Upon release, please keep your eye out for extra copies at game stores and on Paizo.com that may be left after fulfilling pre-orders. If we discover that we will have the additional product or another method to assist those who may share this situation, we will let you know. Also, know that we will have the PDFs available on Paizo.com so that even without physical Playtest copies, anyone can participate in the Playtest!
Well crap. No, i never got an order confirmation, nor did I receive any notification of a problem with invalid payment. This really sucks. I wanted print copies, not PDFs. If I had received notice of invalid payment I would have corrected it immediately. Honestly, I feel cheated.
