Change shipping address on order 5057674

Hi,

I saw that my May and June subscriptions were rolled into one order. The shipping to Ireland is $60.

Would it be possible to change the shipping address to use my AddressPal (https://addresspal.anpost.ie/) address? This is the US delivery service of An Post, the Irish postal service. The books would need to be shipped in a single package, but this would save me $35–40 on shipping.

If this is possible, I can send the new shipping address in an email.

Hi Evan,

The shipping from our side is still going to be at least $60, as USPS Priority is the cheapest option for these items, based on the weight.

I can change the address, but I can't tell from looking at your account which one would be the AddressPal address. Can you please send us an email to confirm which address is should be set to?

Hi Sharaya,

Sorry if I wasn't clear earlier. The AddressPal address is in the US, and then An Post handle delivery to Ireland. The address is actually in New Jersey. I've added it to the addresses in my Paizo account.

The books need to be in a single package, and need to have an invoice attached to the outside, as it would for a shipment to Ireland.

Hi Evan,

Thanks for clearing that up. I've changed the address and shipping method on the order, and you should get an updated order confirmation email.

For domestic packages, there is nothing in our processes that adds an invoice on the outside of the package. Nor do we have a way to make sure that the warehouse can do that for an individual order. Sorry for any inconvenience. That said, your items should be unique enough that there should be a packing list in the box.

No worries about the invoice. I'll have to provide a description of contents to AddressPal, but that won't be difficult.
