A lot of the dudes in my group have spring/summer birthdays. Unfortunately, my go-to list for gamer presents is getting a bit dated. What do you get the Pathfinder who already has everything?

I have to disagree with the "dated" label--most of the items on your list are timeless. : ) Especially the Hero Forge minis--you always need more custom minis. Though it can get a bit expensive.... I'm considering some custom party art for my table--if they survive to the winter holidays. : D
Getting stuff for your GM can be a bit more challenging--hopefully during the course of play you notice something the GM could use to make their life (and, consequently, those of the players) a bit more pleasant. If nothing else, entry level 3D printers have dropped below $200 and can really up the game. Still a bit pricey, but if the whole table chips in it might be within reach.

I've given custom t-shirts for a campaign before. This works better for Christmas than birthdays though, when you can give them all at once, but it is pretty easy to design and order a unique shirt.
I guess you have to pay for art if you want something other than written copy, but that is a freaking cool idea. Cheers!

In my case I used some stock art of a dragon that the site I ordered from had available and added text, basically it was similar in design to a sports jersey.
